SUBJECT COMBINATION (OPTION)
1. A student can opt B.A.
General or Honours.
2. A student who desires to
apply
for Honours in a subject, should have minimum 45% marks in Higher Secondary.
3. Annual intake capacity is
25
per honours course.
4. General English (1st and
2nd
semesters), Alternative English (3rd and 4th Semesters), Environmental Studies-I
(5th Semester) and Choice Based Credit Paper (6th Semester) are compulsory for both
Honours and General.
5. A student will opt three
electives including honours other than English Honours student.
6. A student who opts Honours
in
English will take only two electives. Elective English is compulsory for English
Honours students.
7. Course duration is three
years and maximum, five years.
8. Honours student will clear
120 credits and General students will clear 90 credits in 6 semesters.
