Yingli college celebrated it's 33rd Foundation Day on 9th Sept 2025 at Borgohain Hall, Yingli College, Longleng

A welcome note was delivered by Dr. T. Temsu Imti, Principal, Yingli College.

Shri. N. Shauhong Phom, Former Prresident APGO encouraged the students to expand their horizon of learning the and inculcate knowledge and wisdom during their college days.

Ms. N. Yingngoi, BA 3rd Semester, recited a short poem in Phom language titled "Shemmong" translated as Family. An Ao poem translated by Dr. B. Henshet Phom.

Speech by YB Angam Phom.(Special guest) President, Phom People's Council.

He expressed joy and gratitude and highlighted the brief history of the college. How the vision was to uplift the downtrodden people and it was a community based endeavor  He reminded us of the humble and challenging beginnings. Today the college stands as a testament of the sacrifice of the pioneers.

Other highlights of the events included the release of the 2024 College magazine Hela under the theme "Metamorphosis" by Dr. Kekhriengulieü Tachu, Chief editor of the College magazine.

Dr. Henshet Phom, delivered the vote of thanks to conclude the program.
